Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or UK public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options within the United Kingdom:

• Standard Shipping – £3.95, delivery within 3–5 business days
• Express Shipping – £7.95, delivery within 1–2 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly with the courier.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We may expand to international shipping in the future—please check our website for updates.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier issues or severe weather. We will notify you of any delays as soon as possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
